I have been trying to figure out what to scrapbook. Since I don't have kids at home most of our life seems so routine. In addition I am too busy right now to start another large project. I am inspired by someone who is scrapping her weekends to remember her year in review. I am going to put a little twist on that and scrap a moment from each week to see what our year looks like. Here is the first one starting with the week after Christmas:

Hi Again!

I am back. Since my last post I have been overwhelmed with plans for Aspen & Devon's wedding...and I have just gotten out of the habit. :(

I wanted to share the album Devon's mom and I created for a wedding gift. It was so fun to make and it had the added benefit of getting to know Devon and her family better.

Lucky Day

Saturday was a lucky day...no we did not win the lottery...darn. Monty went turkey hunting and did not get a turkey (lucky for the turkeys). He did stumble across a turkey nest:

I made him drive me out to see it so I could take this photo (lucky me). It is a miracle that he even saw it. I took the photo from far away so I didn't disturb her (lucky mama).

We are going to take her to John Henry's for dinner to celebrate (Mothers Day...not the ring). 

Here is a picture of me and my mom that Michelle sent me yesterday. It was on my mom's last mothers day. I miss her. Thanks mom for setting such a good example.

If you have...you know they love to chase the frisbee outside and the ball inside. The other day I had a misfire. Here is where the ball ended up!

  

 

Counting Sheep

We currently have Roscoe in agility training and he is having fun...but not as much fun and he has chasing sheep. At Club-Doggie they also offer hearding training. We have taken Roscoe a couple of times and he loves it!

Here is our trainer, Kama and her dog Nitro who shows us how it is done...Good Job, Nitro!

Have you been waiting?

To see how my pantry cleaned out?  Not to exciting...but it does feel a lot better. The best part is that the new paint allows me to wipe off the shelves. Sad how something so simple can make me happy.

Monty's into Cyclocross!

Monty has been bored lately, so he is training for cyclocross!  So far, he had mastered carrying the bicycle through snow.
